Accepting these terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Acme, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for managing access to workspaces you control.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Break the law or violate the rights of another person.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with service operation.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
- Abuse automated access or place unreasonable load on the service.
- Use the service to distribute harmful or fraudulent content.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to Acme. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to submit your content.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid features, prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Payments and subscription management may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any limitations that cannot legally apply remain unaffected.
