- Billing information needed to manage a subscription. Payment card details are handled by the configured payment provider and are not stored by Acme.
- Technical information such as device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and security events when the relevant service is enabled.
- Messages and contact details you send through support or contact forms.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts and workspaces.
- Process subscriptions and communicate about billing.
- Respond to support requests and contact form messages.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate parts of the product, including hosting, authentication, data storage, payment processing, email delivery, monitoring, and analytics. Providers process only the information needed to perform those services under their own terms and privacy commitments.
We do not sell personal information.
